Who is
     Jossalin?

Jossalin is an artist who is immersed in acting, modeling, and painting.

     She graduated early from school to pursue her career in acting and modeling while continuously training to further enhance additional crafts in the arts. Her focal points of training are with The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute (LSTFI), New York Film Academy (NYFA), The American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA), and The Barrow Group (TBG). Jossalin has studied with renowned instructors and industry professionals including, David Strasberg, Lola  Cohen, Blanche Baker, Susan Grace Cohen, Ivar Brogger, and Clay Banks. She was awarded Best Actress at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute during the Young Actors at Strasberg (YAS) NY Winter Film Festival. She has learned in-depth techniques of method training, consisting of relaxation, sense memory, and emotional recall.

     Jossalin has since worked on Commercials for Navy Federal Credit Union and Red Nose Day for Comic Relief US which won a Telly Award. She worked on an up and coming romantic comedy called, A Family Affair that will be featured on Netflix this fall. Her latest project is a short film called, Buried where she was featured as a supporting actor.

     When she’s not acting or modeling, you can find her painting. Through forms of expression, she uses mixed mediums consisting of oil, acrylic, charcoal, and graphite to contort her work.  One of her oil paintings called, Winter Escape was featured on Exploring The Arts (ETA), an organization founded by Tony Bennett. She was also recognized for her versatile art pieces including her abstract work called, Water Peacock constructed during her AP Studio Art Course. It was shown on a Limelight magazines’ front cover as well as other pieces shown through the magazine. For her dedication to the liberal arts department, Jossalin received a Certificate of Excellence.

     She also has experience in Mixed Martial Arts. When she was about seven years old, she was selected to join a competition team, where she studied Muay Thai, Savate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts, and Jeet Kune Do with former US Navy SEAL and black Belt instructors. Jossalin has since developed a passion for fashion designing, songwriting, playing the piano, traveling around the world, and experiencing new adventures along the way!
